Harnessing research and innovation for Food 2030 – A Science Policy Dialogue
During this one-day conference, stakeholders from the Research, Innovation and Investment world will have the opportunity to engage in a fruitful dialogue on successful R&I initiatives and the ongoing debate in the area of Food and Nutrition Security (FNS). At the same time and within the European R&I context, they will explore future needs in the areas of sustainable and healthy nutrition, climate resilience and environmental sustainability, circularity and resource efficiency and food system innovation and empowerment of communities. The event builds on the successful FOOD2030 High Level Event of October 2016 and will act as an important milestone in the preparation of the second High Level Event to be held under the Bulgarian Presidency in the first half of 2018.
The event is free of charge and will be open to researchers, policy makers, funders and investors, policy makers and public authorities, industry, entrepreneurs, students and civil society representatives.
