The symposium is organized by the FOODSEG consortium which aims to integrate experts representing all stages of the full food production chain.

The main aim of the symposium is to offer a platform for personal meetings and discussions on future cooperations and common projects along the whole feed and food chain in order to secure food safety and quality for the consumers.

The FOODSEG symposium will offer:

• International Brokerage Event - the  matchmaking event to meet potential cooperation partners in a short time, through prearranged personal meetings.
• Interesting lectures - experts from academia, industry and regulatory bodies will present current news and results from their work.
• Creative sessions will bring added value when initiating new H2020 projects.
• Project Slam Competition - participants will have the opportunity to present their research or innovation projects to the audience.
