The training specifically addresses NCPs who are in charge of designing and carrying out the training sessions for the NCP-Academy.

Goals:

• Better understand your role as a trainer
• Gain knowledge on neuro-didactics
• Be able to design your NCP training packages
• Become more confident regarding the designing training sessions

Contents of webinar:
4 small-group sessions (limited to 10 participants) covering:

• Role and mind set of the trainer
• Basics of neuro didactics: How can you learn fast and retain the knowledge for a long time?
• Training methods
• Training design: You design your own NCP trainings and develop a draft seminar plan!

Interactive methodology:

• Four interactive webinars in small groups: You don’t need to travel
• Input mixed with exchange of experiences of the participants – “Learning from and with one another”
• Work as much as possible by yourself and thus also self-reflection, so that the knowledge will be consolidated
• Tips & tricks
• Homework, mainly in tandems, after each webinar
