Events

High-level speakers from the European Commission and from industry will provide an overview of the opportunities in the bioeconomy sector in Europe and shed light on the updated SIRA (Strategic and Innovation Research Agenda). The BBI JU Programme Office will provide potential applicants with detailed information on how to prepare and submit a good proposal for the 2017 BBI JU Call.

In addition, the BBI JU team will be on hand to answer individual queries to participants on the BBI JU Call procedures, BBI JU rules and guidance on applying for funding. National and industry bodies will also be present to offer information and advice on relevant local and national resources, networks and synergies between the BBI JU programme and other initiatives.

In the afternoon there will be a dedicated networking and brokerage event. You can set up your networking profile and schedule meetings during the afternoon using the BBI JU Partnering Platform.

The BioHorizon network will be present during the event at the NCP booth.

Registration for both the morning and afternoon sessions is free but obligatory. Places can only be offered on a ‘first-come’ basis.
