Horizon 2020 Societal Challenge 2 Infoday

On 25th June 2018, the European Commission is holding an Infoday for potential applicants to the calls 2019 under the H2020 Societal Challenge 2 ‘Food security, sustainable agriculture and forestry, marine and maritime and inland water research and the bioeconomy’.

This Infoday addresses all three open calls for proposals published under the Societal Challenge 2 Work Programme for 2018- 2020:

  • Sustainable Food Security
  • Blue Growth
  • Rural Renaissance

Registration for the event is free of charge and compulsory. However, due to limited space, applications will be accepted on a first-come-first-served basis. Registrations will be open until 15 June but will close when the maximum number of participants is reached. Travel and subsistence costs should be covered by the participants.

All sessions will be webstreamed and recorded, and presentations will be published after the event. The links to the webstreaming will be live on 25 June 2018 from 9:30 onwards.

More details on registration and programme can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/programmes/horizon2020/en/news/horizon-2020-info-day-societal-challenge-2-calls-proposals-2019

The SC2 Infoday will be complemented by a Brokerage Event organised by the BioHorizon project on the following day.
